BingTechs is an IT Company, which provides digital services to any sort of business or startups with the best possible solutions. The company aims to become the contributing factor to elevate any entrepreneur’s company. The following terms and conditions apply for all users, who are subscribed with BingTechs Company. The following contract is between “Client” and BingTechs , describing the services and the legal relationship which both the elements will have during the workflow. Before the contract, it must be specified that the keyword “Term” specifies the purpose of those conditions in which both the party must agree upon together to work on them before conveying the service by BingTechs. While the keyword “Agreement” specifies the purpose of extending both the parties i.e. BingTechs and Client at a mutual understanding upon the service. The content of the contract is a vital aspect, before we move further to the service providing to you, as they must be mutually agreed between each other.

ACCESS GRANT AND OTHER RIGHTS (registration and obligations)

On becoming our client through registering with us, you must agree to:

  • Responsible for maintaining your confidential information which is used in the process of registering with us.
  • Take responsibility for all the activities that occur under your account and password, unless if any unauthorized or suspicious activity is being taken place without your action, you must inform BingTechs . For more privacy policies, visit the Privacy Policy section.
  • Provide accurate and precise information that is required in the procedure of the registration form.
  • Not using anyone else’s account without the express permission of that account’s holder.
  • Maintain and uphold your account to the contemporary times being provided by BingTechs . If any inaccurate or false information is identified, BingTechs has the right to terminate you from our services.

SUPPORT SERVICES AND COMMITMENT (communication through contact us)

For support services and commitment, which holds the medium of communication between BingTechs and you, you must agree to:

  • Communicate via E-mail, that has been provided by BingTechs on its page. For any queries, feel free to Contact Us.
  • During your subscription, you will be sent marketing E-mails which will be for promotion or informing purposes. You will be provided the option for the choice of receiving future E-mails from us or not.
  • You have the right confirm yourself as a user with us through Contact Us or through our E-mail info.bingtechs@gmail.com.

FEES AND PAYMENT

The fees and payment for the services will be notified to you accordingly when the services is being provided to you. Regarding the finance aspects, you must agree to:

  • Confirm your payment means with accurate information. If you are paying through credit card, the related information i.e. Account Number and Expire Date must be correct.
  • Paying the invoices due on receipt. Clients will make all the payments to BingTechs free and clear of all the applicable sales and taxes within in the due date.
  • The currency of the payment must be done in Rupees.
  • The client will be provided with the confirmed invoice report for the clear means of the confirmed payment.
  • For any other payment means, you are free to inform us via info.bingtechs@gmail.com.
  • If you are paying through invoice, the maximum days for the invoice payment is 40 days. If the deadline passes, we have the right to take legal actions unless if any genuine reason is conveyed.

CONFIDENTIALITY (Copyrights)

All the content and information being provided on the site is the property reserved by BingTechs and its users. Contents and delegates are protected the company’s trademark as it portrays the intellectual property of BingTechs . Any situation where our content is being used without our permission, gives us the legal right to take action on it.

TERM AND TERMINATION (Abusing)

It is important to follow the code of conduct explained in the above terms and conditions, we have the total right to terminate any user if found in any illegal activity that violates the laws and regulation of the company. The termination can be done due to the following reasons:

  • Using inappropriate language while communicating with the company.
  • Having unintentional means with the company which may include fraud or any illegal activity.
  • Violating another company.
  • Using the intellectual property of the company.

Miscellaneous

These terms and conditions specifies the purpose of creating a clean relationship with its client and conflict-free.
Your utilization of the website and this contract is strictly governed by the law of Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to any conflict or any violation between you and BingTechs which will be resolved in the procedure assessment by the law court of Pakistan.
BingTechs shall provide its deliverance of its service with the best possible cause, when its clients would required in need.
BingTechs reserves the right to optimize and modify the terms and conditions, if it is necessary.
Any failure or delay caused by BingTechs will be the responsibility of its company and the company will make its amends to overcome the certain failure.
